Our inflatable’s plug into a standard 110 household outlet.
We supply extension cords if needed.
We do ask that you have a dedicated circuit available.
The inflatable needs to be placed within 50ft of the outlet.
Some of the larger event slides may require 2 separate
dedicated circuits.

You choose a set up time in the morning or early afternoon. We work for you!
Our drivers leave the warehouse for pickups at:
6:00 PM (March-September)
5:00 PM (October-February)
Please note our drivers do reserve a 1 hour buffer period incase of complications.
(EX. If you reserve an item for 8 AM the crew will arrive between 8 AM - 9 AM)

We can set up on Grass & Paved surfaces.

No, we no longer service any type of park.
If you need to cancel your event prior to 7 Days before the scheduled date, you can either choose to reschedule, or you may receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you must cancel within 7 days of the event, the $50 deposit will not be available for refund, but you may receive a Rain Check that can be applied towards any other rental 365 days from the date of cancelation.

Yes, our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible.
As with any activity involving small children, an adult should
supervise all activities.
This will help to ensure that the safety rules are followed
and that someone is always there to assist children entering
and exiting the inflatable.

Our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized with a disinfectant solution that
is biodegradable and non-toxic after every rental.

The inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 20 MPH.
If inclement weather arises, you are responsible for
unplugging the inflatable.
There are no refunds if inclement weather arises after the inflatable has been delivered.
If you have rented any Concessionary Equipment and leave it out in the Rain or Inclement Weather. That results in damage to the rented equipment, you will be held responsible for damages or replacement depending on the severity of the damage.
(We ask that you please bring any Concessionary Equipment inside if inclement weather should arise.)
